Service Description
**Class is extended with a longer opening meditation a breathing exercise and a 5-7 minute savasana. Book a mindfulness-based private or group yoga class that's catered to meet your specific needs. Choose from: •Beginner (learn proper alignment & purpose of each pose. Slower moving class) •Vinyasa (1 breath-1 movement, quicker moving) •Hatha (longer-held poses for focus & concentration) •Yin (longer-held stretches for deep tissue release) •Restorative (poses supported with props for relaxation) •Slow-flow (a relaxing, system-balancing class using moment, yin, & restorative poses. *My favorite!) Your class can be in the comfort of your own home, building, office or at a separate location (including outdoors-weather permitting). Please inform me of any injuries, pregnancy, or other general concerns!
