Service Description

This 4-Week series expands on classes I’m doing for Madison Square Garden to address some common and widespread issues we’re all dealing with after a 2-year pandemic, as well as any other time. These classes include discussion, journal prompts, breathing & movement exercises to change our energy amd a reiki-infused meditation.
